Roof Restoration
Why is the water still there?
Dueling Neighbors
Roof tear-offs and re-builds are incredibly expensive. Depending on the size of your facility, the roof-top units, levels removed, and materials. A 10,000-square foot flat roof removal and disposal could cost you between $21,000 to $32,000 depending on the factors above. Then pay for the new roof, which costs between $42,000 and $66,000. Now you’re $63,000 to $98,000 for ten years of protection, and no energy saving benefits.
Meanwhile, you’re neighboring building (same size) completed a roof restoration and spent half as much as you did on a spray foam or silicone roof coating solution, with a lifetime of protection, and a 20 to 50-year manufacturer guarantee.
Energy Shield’s roof restoration is a sprayed-in-place spray foam or silicone solutions, they are waterproof, airtight, cools the roof surface, improves structural integrity, and offers all the benefits of a new roof.

Your energy bills are through the roof…
Did you know
we can save you 40%
or more on your energy costs?
Cost Savings
Because we can typically restore the roof, there is no need to remove the old, and this ends disposal fees, the cost of removal, production loss, downtime, and tenant relocation. We can save you 40% of your roof replacement cost, and up to 40% on your energy bills for the years to come.
Why Silicone?
Our Silicone Roof Coatings are unique in that they will indefinitely withstand harsh UV conditions, and never degrade, crack, chalk or peel. They are lightweight and seamless, forming an air-tight and waterproof membrane over the existing roof coating or material. It will not succumb or weaken from permanent ponding water and has excellent resistance to staining, mildew, and mold.
Does your roof look like this?
No tear-offs. It could cost you $20,000 to tear off a 10,000 square foot roof, so why not renew it and save?
Huge cost savings – no tear offs
When you renew your roof, you’ll never need to remove and rebuild your roof. A tear-off can be costly, affect productivity, downtime, and tenants. You’ll be able to keep everything running, save on labor costs, and help to keep the landfills clear (and save money on disposal fees). And, your roof isn’t a liability anymore.
We can apply it to virtually any roof
There are many different types of roofs, to list a few; elastomeric roof coatings, built-up roofing, metal roofs, mineral cap sheet, and weathered single-ply membranes. Our Silicone Roof Coatings can be used over the top of those to stop leaks, renew and restore.
”Our 20-ton AC unit was out most of the summer. We had to rely on the four 5 ton units to keep the place cooled down. Because of the insulating qualities of the foam, we were able to keep the place cool with half of our systems out.

Metal Base Layer
Standard metal base layer, with mechanical fasteners. Standard paints and other roof coatings will break down from weather exposure over time, leading to corrosion, holes, and ultimately leaks and collapse.
Primer/Filler
GacoFlex E5320 2-Part Epoxy Primer/Filler. This layer will fill any microscopic holes.
Silicone Coating
GacoFlex S2000 White Solvent-Free 100% Silicone Coating. A seamless, waterproof, reflective coating that will withstand even the harshest UV exposure, and weather conditions.
Not just for renewal – use for prevention
In addition to using our Silicone Roof Coatings for renewal and restoration, you can also use it on your newly installed roof. We can protect your roof from ever needing to be replaced, from corrosion, leaking, cracking or collapse. Once your roof is installed, we will apply our seamless silicone roofing solution. For added energy savings, we can first coat it with our spray foam insulation and then coat it with our silicone coating.
Superior Protection from the Elements
The Silicone coatings we use are seamless, waterproof, and form a weather-tight seal over the existing membrane. It will end leaks, and never break down even in permanent standing water. Highly reflective to reflect ultraviolet rays and sun that damages other roof types.
Renew & Insulate
When we combine our Silicone Roof Coating, with our Spray Foam it offers double the protection, and it will insulate your roof, saving you thousands of dollars a year in energy costs.
